At Ambassador Animal Hospital, our award-winning veterinary care is built on the dedication of our team. From experienced veterinarians to skilled technicians and caring client service representatives, every member plays a vital role in delivering personalized, relationship-driven care to Greenville’s dogs and cats. Greenville Veterinarian

Dr. Elizabeth Alexander

Dr. Alexander spent her childhood in the Midwest where she discovered at a young age her passion for caring for animals. In order to pursue her dreams, she first attended the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, where she earned her Bachelors of Science. She then continued her education and graduated from Louisiana State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine, in Baton Rouge.


After graduating, Dr. Alexander moved to the Tampa Bay area in Florida, where she worked in both general practice and in emergency medicine. In 2013, Dr. Alexander was thrilled to become the owner of Ambassador Animal Hospital. She has established her roots in Greenville, and is excited be a part of the rich history of Ambassador Animal Hospital, and of Greenville. She values the long-lasting partnerships she gets to build with her clients, caring for their furry family members


In her spare time, Dr. Alexander enjoys the outdoors, the arts, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Mike, have four children (Addison, Jonah, Samuel, and Gwen), 3 cats, and 4 dogs. Dr. Alexander feels truly blessed to be able to wake up every day and enjoy her profession. She loves caring for companion animals, and loves even more being able to send home happy and healthy pets.

Greenville Veterinarian

Dr. Emily Alfieris

Dr. Alfieris joined our Greenville Veterinarian team in 2016. She was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC where she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian from a very young age. She even wrote an autobiography in the fifth grade with an entire chapter dedicated to her future goals as a “pet vet.” Dr. Alfieris went on to attend undergraduate school at Clemson University and veterinary school at the University of Georgia. She is married to her husband, John, whom she met while at Clemson. Together they have two children. The family loves to take walks all together in the evenings around their Greenville neighborhood. Dr. Alfieris also loves cheering on her Clemson Tigers in college football, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with her extended family. She is thrilled to be a part of the Ambassador team, and is committed to treating every pet with high-quality care and love.

Veterinarian 

Dr. Natalie Boulos

Dr. Natalie Boulos was born and raised in Greer, South Carolina, where her love for animals began at an early age. Growing up surrounded by a variety of pets, from guinea pigs, goats, and dogs to even a pony, she quickly discovered her passion for veterinary medicine. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences from Clemson University, followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia.


 Dr. Natalie has a strong interest in internal medicine and neurology. She provides thoughtful, comprehensive care to her patients. She is especially excited to be back in the upstate, where she can stay close to family while building lasting relationships with clients and their beloved pets. 


Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their two cats, Cleo and Gus. She loves baking, reading and embracing all things cozy. Dr. Boulos is thrilled to be joining the Ambassador Animal Hospital Team.

Greenville Veterinarian

Dr. Pierce Bishop

Welcome Dr. Pierce Bishop! Our newest addition to our doctor team at Ambassador! Dr. Bishop hails from Fort Mill, SC. She attended Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Bishop is excited to join the close-knit community of Greenville. She enjoys the downtown atmosphere, listening to crime podcasts while taking a walk, and visiting the beach. Dr. Bishop has special interests in dermatology and internal medicine, and she especially loves feline medicine. She has two cats, a domestic short hair named Dewey, and a Cornish Rex named Herbert. We are so thankful to have her on our team!!

Office Manager

Trina A.

Trina was born in California but was raised in South Carolina. She grew up with a dog and cat, but also had a rabbit, hamsters, fish, and a horse. Trina started riding horses at a young age which led her to competing in eventing in the southeast. In high school she started teaching riding lessons to help fund her expensive hobby! She knew as a young child that she would work in the veterinary field. She went to Clemson University as a pre-vet animal science major and graduated with a Bachelor in Science. She started working as an assistant in a veterinary hospital during college with large and small animals, and has since worked in all areas of the veterinary hospital. In 2014 she became an office manager at a local veterinary hospital, and has worked in that position ever since. Trina enjoys getting to know the clients and patients, working to build a cohesive team environment, and using her veterinary knowledge in all aspects of the hospital. She is married to her husband, John and has two college-aged sons. They have 4 furbabies, three dogs (Lucy and Remi), and a cat (Honey). They also have a parakeet, fish, a snake, and a frog! Her family enjoys going to the lake in the summer, visiting the beach, and getting together with friends. She also enjoys yoga, walking her dogs, and sewing in her free time.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Heather T.

Heather was born and raised in SC. She graduated from Tri County Technical College in 2014. Heather is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and has been working in veterinary medicine since 2013. She is leading our team of assistants and technicians. She has a lot of knowledge to share with our hospital. Heather is passionate about teaching and loves surgery. She has a Yorkie named Oliver and two cats(Binx and William). Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and family. She enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, going to the lake, and hiking.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Jessica V.

Jessica was born in St. Petersburg, FL. Her family moved to Charlotte, NC when she was 3 months old. She grew up in Charlotte until starting college at Clemson University where she studied Health Science. She started working in a chiropractor/physical therapy office after college. In 2018 she found veterinary medicine. She decided to combine her love for medicine and her love for animals. She went to Tri-county college to become a licensed veterinary technician and earned her degree in 2020. She is married to her husband, Johnny and has one son, Levi. She enjoys Cross-fit outside of work and coaches at the local YMCA. Jessica has a Staffordshire Bull Terrier,(Steel), two cats, (Martha and Franklin), a Chinchilla, (Shabba) and four chickens. She enjoys connecting with clients and helping educate them on how to best care for their pets.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Carol H.

Carol was born in West Virginia but moved to Alaska when she was very young. She also lived in Virginia before her family moved to Greenville, South Carolina. She went to college at Morven Park Equestrian College in Virginia. Carol later attended Tri County Tech to earn her license as a Veterinary Technician. She has worked in veterinary medicine with large animals and small animals for many years. Carol has two Great Danes, Blue Bell and Ruby Roo. Bell is 10 yrs old, and Ruby is 2 yrs old. Outside of work she enjoys riding her horse, Pal, and spending time with her family. She has 3 grandchildren that bring her a lot of joy.

Veterinary Assistant

Jessica E.

Jessica graduated from Tri County Technology College May 2023, and started working in veterinary medicine in 2021. She is from Anderson, SC. Jessica is also fluent in Spanish. She has always had a passion for animals as long as she can remember. She loves to be the voice of animals in need. She has one dog, Oreo, and one cat, Barbie. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Veterinary Assistant

Kayla S.

Kayla is a true southern girl who grew up in Spartanburg, SC. She originally went to school for phlebotomy, but then realized her true passion was for working with animals. She loves working at Ambassador Animal Hospital, and is still our "go-to" for collecting lab samples! Kayla also enjoys assisting with X-rays, prepping for surgeries, and helping with dental cleanings. She loves working with animals, getting to see her sick patients progress from day-to-day, and feeling like she’s making a difference for people and their pets. At home, she stays busy with her two sons (Kannon and Krew), her three dogs, and her two foster-failure cats. Kayla also enjoys swimming at the pool, going to the gym, and hanging outdoors in beautiful, sunny South Carolina with her friends and family.

Veterinary Assistant

Amber A.

Amber was born and raised in Piedmont SC. Now resides in Greenville with her husband Devin and 3 furbabies: Sadie, Olive and Tulip. Amber was raised in a home with many animals but discovered her true love for them after adopting her first dog, Sadie. This passion grew even more after she took a job working at a local doggie daycare. Amber found her way to Ambassador Animal Hospital where her love for animals continues to grow in her new role as a Veterinary Assistant. Amber enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, and fostering kittens.

Veterinary Assistant

Anna J.

Anna was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and grew up in Greenville. She went to the University of TN and graduated with a degree in business and consumer science. She worked many years managing retail clothing stores. During this time, she lived all over the United States. After moving back to the south, and living in Charlotte NC, she became involved in fostering cats and dogs. She began taking them, and her personal pets, to a veterinary hospital in Charlotte and was impressed with the care they received there. She asked if she could volunteer at the hospital. On her second day volunteering they offered her a job. She started working in the kennel, and made her way to assisting the veterinarian. She loves working in veterinary medicine and especially enjoys building a connection with her clients and patients. She is excited to be working at Ambassador Animal Hospital where so many of the clients have long standing relationships. Anna is always generously treating her teammates to goodies and making everyone laugh. She is married to her husband, Tom, who is originally from England. They have 4 furbabies: a Bulldog (Peach), and 3 cats (Clementine, Cheeky, and Rage). She enjoys attending music concerts, and is passionate about fostering newborn kittens and puppies.

Veterinary Assistant

Logan P.

Logan was born and raised in Ahoona PA. She moved to the South in 2016 and has lived in Columbia, Hilton Head, and Charleston. She married her husband in 2016. She and her husband, Mark, moved to Greenville in 2021 and her goal was to work in veterinary medicine. She started working at a boarding facility at an Animal Hospital and started learning to be a veterinary assistant whenever they were shorthanded. She knew this was what she wanted to do. She has learned so much and is excited to learn more about surgery. She enjoys working closely with the clients, educating how to care for their pets to keep them healthy and happy . She has a chihuahua, Duke, and a Golden Retriever puppy, Sunny. She also has two cats, (Grayson, and Toulouse). Outside of work she likes to go hiking, play board games, and watch movies.

Veterinary Assistant

Emmalie W.

Emmalie is from Travelers Rest, SC. She has a degree in Animal Science/Engineering from Greenville Tech. She also has completed one year of Vet School at Ross University in St. Kitts. . She plans on continuing her Veterinary degree at some point. Before going to Ross University, she worked with exotics, and at a Veterinary Emergency Hospital. She has two dogs, (Mason, and Georgia), and two Ferrets,( Bo and Tucker). She loves to work with the large dogs. The bigger the better! Outside of work she enjoys playing video games and Dungeon and Dragons.

Veterinary Assistant, Lead Customer Service Representative

Stephanie B.

Stephanie is originally from Ojai, California. She went to school in Venture Ca and has a degree in Criminal Justice. Along the years she has lived in several different states, FL, NV, and Wyoming. She has been in veterinary medicine for 20+ years. She started out in the kennel and moved up while learning on the job. She has a lot of experience in many aspects of veterinary medicine and enjoys surgery. She and her husband have two sons, and a daughter. Her furry and feathered kids include 9 ducks, 2 geese, and 22 chickens. She also has two dogs; Alice, and Gus Gus and two cats(Igor and Kitten). She enjoys working with the patients and helping get them well. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, going to the lake or pool, and taking care of her pets.

Customer Service Representative

Jasmine M.

Jasmine was born and raised in Greenville, SC. Animals have always been a huge part of her life. Her mother partners with animal rescues, and has always tended to injured animals, so she has grown up with lots of them! She went to school and studied in Human Services to be an advocate for the foster care community. Her passion for animals led her to search for jobs in the animal field, and that’s how she found Ambassador Animal Hospital! In her spare time, she like to spend time with her husband, daughter and four-legged kid Penny. They enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends, and watching reality TV.

CSR/Social Media Specialist

Jessica M.

Jessica was born and raised in Greer, SC. She has always had a love for animals. As a child she regularly brought animals home. Before coming to Ambassador Animal Hospital she worked at a boarding facility and also did some pet sitting during college. She and her husband have two dogs: Flyn and Bowman, and three cats: Woody, Nemo, and Dory. Outside of work she enjoys running, hiking and spending time at the lake. She also loves taking walks with her husband and dogs. Jessica is also our social media specialist. She enjoys coming up with creative ideas for the hospital’s social media. Her dream down the road is to open a Dog Rescue to continue helping pets. We are thrilled to have her as part of our team.

Customer Service Representative

Rachel M.

Rachel was born in Statesboro, GA and grew up in Greenville. She is currently in college at Bob Jones University studying Zoo and wildlife Biology. She will be transferring in the fall to North Greenville University to continue her degree in Pre-vet. She has a dog named Dukes. She enjoys spending time with friends and traveling to new places as much as possible. Before starting at Ambassador Animal Hospital she did an internship in Fall 2021 and in Summer of 2022 at a local animal hospital. She knew she was going in the correct direction for her college degree and hopes to continue on the path to Vet school. She enjoys connecting with clients and getting to know their pets.

Office Dog

Bolt

Bolt is Dr. Alexander's dog, but he feels it's his mission to attend work at Ambassador Animal Hospital every day. He likes to lay on his bed in the office and closely observe the goings-on, making sure things happen according to his standards. He also finds it very important to protect us from the Fed-Ex man every day at lunch. Bolt has the most expressive eyes, and uses them to his advantage to beg for lots of treats. He lives with four kids at home, so his favorite activity in his free time is sleeping. He also enjoys playing with his doggie brother, Sargent.
